In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Abhimanyu will make sure to do a thorough checkup of Abhir on arriving at Birla hospital.

Now, in this checkup Abhimanyu will get to know a very major problem with Abhir which will be detected by Abhimanyu on the spot.

It will be blessing in disguise that Abhir will faint on the hands of Manjari and Manjari will get Abhir at the Birla hosital and Abhimanyu will run some tests on Abhir.

Abhimanyu will reveal that Abhir must have got a hole in his heart and this will have to be operated.
