The episode starts with Gauri was about to inject Om but Bua maa stops her and blames for killing Om.
Gauri says that this injection will make Om fine, Tej asks her about the injection so then she tells that someone has given her the injection and this will cure Om.
Rudra stops Gauri from doing it as it can be risky but she does not hears anything and injects Om.
Everyone gets shocked; Jhanvi accuses Gauri for playing with Om’s life.
Om calls police to arrest Gauri for attempting to kill Bua maa
Om dies, Jhanvi cries and everyone gets shocked.
Rudra attempts to wake up Om, Bua maa slaps Gauri for killing Om.
Gauri prays to god and bring Om back from death bed, everyone gets happy.
Jhanvi says thank you to Gauri for saving Om’s life and apologizes for misunderstanding her.
Bua maa asks Gauri to leave, Gauri faints so then Daadi tries to wake her up.
Later Gaur wakes up and just the police comes there to arrest Gauri for killing Bua maa.
Bua maa stops police from arresting Gauri, she tells Om that Gauri did not tried to kill her.
