Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one the longest running show of Star Plus casting Shivangi Joshi as Naira and Mohsin Khan as Kartik in main leads.
As per latest track of the show Kairav witness Sirat and hugs her passionately by calling her his mother, while Sirat get furious and refused to accept that she is mother.
While amid all this Kairav also called Kartik that his mother is here where Kartik rushes to meet Naira aka Sirat.

Where further Kartik get shocked seeing Sirat while Sirat will get opportunistic seeing him because of her greedy mother.
