Anupama: Rupali Ganguly Quit show Rahi Prem turn lead pair

Anupama rules on the television screens. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. 

It seems that after the leap of 15 years many actors left the show and moved on. Rupali Ganguly was among the few actors who remained in the show as she is the main protagonist of the show after Gaurav Khanna, Sudhanshu Pandey and Madalsa Sharma left the show.

Now according to fresh reports Rupali Ganguly who plays the title role in the show is going to quit the show after 3 months. Apparently, the makers want Prem and Rahi’s love story to gain popularity before Rupali quitting the show.

This has come as a huge shock for the ardent fans of Rupali Ganguly who loved to watch her as Anupama in the show that rules Television for almost 4 years. One of the biggest reasons behind this decision is the major drop in TRP.

Major shift in storyline

The news is still not confirmed as Rupali or the makers have not publicly accepted this change in storyline but a close source to the channel has leaked this news.

Will Anupama be able to retain its popularity after Rupali and rest of the existing cast leave the show or not? Will Anupama be able to become number one show once again or not?
