Neil’s ex-girlfriend Juhi’s entry in Neil-Avni’s life will create a lot of problems in the upcoming track of daily soap Naamkaran.
Neil gets discharged from hospital after which Avni brings him and takes care of him, she feeds him food and gives medicines on time.
Neil feels nice post getting so much of love and care from Avni, Neil-Avni starts coming close to each other again.

But just then Juhi that is Neil’s ex-girlfriend will enter their life and create problems amid them.
Actually Neil was in love with Juhi in the past but she met with an accident and Neil thought that she is no more but the fact is that she is alive and she has returned back in Neil’s life.
