Jhanak: Dolly Sohi passed away details ahead

Since its first glimpse, Star Plus latest romance drama Jhanak has created a wave of excitement amongst viewers.

Dolly Sohi was one of the most respected actresses in the TV Industry.

She has been part of many iconic shows and was last seen in Star Plus show Jhanak were she played the character of Shrishti Mukherjee.

However due to her health issues she walked away from the show.

The talented actress passed away this morning after battling cervical cancer.

Her family confirmed the sad news, stating they are in shock and will be conducting the final rites later today.

Huge loss for industry

While confirming the news Dolly's family stated, "Our beloved Dolly has left for her heavenly abode today early morning. We are in a state of shock with the loss. The final rites shall be conducted today afternoon." 

May her Soul Rest in peace.
