Jhanak: Jhanak shares Anirudh’s Cancer Diagnoses with Meenu

It seems that Jhanak is in huge dilemma as she is forced to go against Arshi and entire Bose family and marry Anirudh. Anirudh knew that Jhanak would never break Arshi’s heart and hence he faked his cancer diagnoses to force Jhanak for marriage.
