Sonakshi-Dev keeps birthday party for Suhana on her birthday, they invites Elena-Dev-Golu in the party.

Suhana gets really happy and she enjoys her birthday party, she plays with Golu and has fun.

Then she cuts the cake and everyone claps, Dev-Sonakshi gets happy seeing smile on Suhana’s face.

Later Sonakshi feels dizziness and she faints, everyone gets shocked.

They rushes Sonakshi hospital and then they gets to know that she is pregnant with twin babies,everyone gets really happy.
