The upcoming episodes of Star Plus’ daily popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will witness some major twist and turns.

It was earlier seen that Naira’s (Shivangi Joshi) life is in danger as she is going through a critical surgery.

After a lot of ups and down Naira’s surgery will be successful and hence the entire family will get relief.

However Kartik (Mohsin Khan) will be seen tensed as he is aware of the fact that Naira’s might forget him after the surgery and is hence scared.

Kartik will fear from the fact that Naira might not recognize him and hence will be in a state of shock.
