Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest running show on Star Plus.

The show revolves around young married couple Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and his wife Naira (Shivangi Joshi).

It seems that the show will soon witness the entry of a mysterious man who is rumoured to be Akhilesh and Manish’s younger brother.

Actor Sameer Onkar will be essaying the powerful character.

According to Sameer "Yes, I am entering the show. My character will have both positive and negative shades."

"This is my debut show and I am very excited to work with Rajan Sir again. I was a part of Bidaai's production team and have also done theater plays with Rajan Sir."
