It seems that in the upcoming episodes Sikander aka Mohit Malik will suffer a heart attack and rushed to a hospital.

If rumors re to be believed Sikander will soon die in the upcoming episodes.

However producer Gul Khan rubbished the news calling it mere 'rumours.'
