Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai spin-off was announced just recently after the original show completed 10 years of successful run.
The lead of the show Shaheer Sheikh is likely to start the shooting of the show by February 21 or 22.
Shaheer's look on the show will be very modern and young, like that of Hrithik Roshan's from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
His character would not be that of a boy next door, like he has played in his previous shows, but will be very outspoken and witty.
He will be seen wearing rugged denim and hot looks for the show.
Interestingly Rhea Sharma, Rithvik Arora will be joining Shaheer on the show as parallel leads.
