Kunkum Bhagya actress suffers from cervical spasm

Naina Singh is currently part of Zee Tv’s show Kumkum Bhagya where she is playingRhea Mehra, daughter of Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia) and Pragya (Sriti Jha).

Recently, she shared a post on her social media where she can be seen wearing collars and wrote, "When you are royally fucked!!" 

Naina revealed, "I have cervical since many years. It's bad, it's pretty bad. This thing also happened last year during my INS (India's Next Superstars) days. Basically, I have cervical spasm where I cannot move my neck, my shoulder. And it hurts pretty bad if I try to. It happens when your body doesn't get rest and due to extreme stress. 

I don't know why it has come out again this year. I guess maybe it has re-occurred because of the heels that I have to wear during the shots or the neck postures and movements that I have to do to make the shot perfect." 

She further added, "I want to go to show a physiotherapist but I am not getting time. So I am trying to call a therapist on the sets because it's pretty bad and paining. I cannot even move my neck. I am wearing collars in between the shots and whenever they say action I have to remove it and prep for the shoot. I think it is the passing time and it will get well soon. I am taking painkillers at this point which I have been given by the doctor for emergencies."

"I am more worried about it as my BCL is coming and I am playing from Delhi Dragons and I don't know how will I deliver balls. Let's just hope this gets well soon,"
