Kumkum Bhagya gears up special Maha episode where Rithvik and Asha shot for three days for this special episode.  

Rithvik and Asha fame as Arjun and Purvi from Zee TV’s popular show Pavitra Rishta.

Pragya meet an accident with Arjun and Purvi's car. Purvi feeling that because of her carelessness Pragya is in this condition. She asks Rithvik to save her life.

Rithvik does not know the route as it is new place for him so that he tries to get help from the people.

It was Abhi who is showed the route of the hospital but he does not identify Pragya just because Asha hides Prgya's face with Dupatta.
