Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Simmi (Shireen Mirza) and Mihika gets clue of Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) being in trouble

Ishita is in Arjit's captivation but Bhalla family is unaware over it, here Karan has his doubt over Arjit's intentions.
