The show is based on a young and ambitious girl named Anokhi and her struggle to achieve her goal.

It seems that her fatter Bhalla saab wants Anokhi to get married as fast as possible and settle in life.

However Anokhi will not agree with Bhalla saab and fights for her rights.

She will not be scared to face her father and tell him about her dreams.

Bhalla Saab on the other is a conservative man who only believes that girls are a burden to the family.
