Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is based on Kartik and Naira’s true love story.

It was earlier seen that Kartik wants Sirat to stay away from Kairav as Kairav has started thinking her to be Naira.

Kartik will get pissed with Sirat and throws her out of his life.

Kairav is not able to digest this fact and will collapse.

Later Kartik will rush Kairav to the hospital where doctors will inform Kartik that Kairav’s condition is critical and he needs to make him meet with Naira.

Kartik will be left with no option but to bring Sirat back in his life.
