Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently revolving around Kairav’s mental and physical condition.

It seems that Kartik will ask Sirat to leave and will further reveal that she is not Naira.

However both Gayu and Kairav are not to believe that Sirat is not Naira but her lookalike.
