Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is going to witness some high voltage drama.

It seems that Ranveer is in immense pain and is not able to digest the fact that Sirat is getting married.

He will try to avoid any confrontation with Sirat and Kartik and hence will run away from there.

While running he will get hit by a car and his condition become critical and the doctors will tell Sirat that Ranveer is in danger.

Sirat will get anxiety attack as she is not able to see Ranveer in any kind of danger as she still cares about him.

Kartik on the other hand will show full support to Ranveer and helps Sirat to come in terms with her past.
