Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Ranveer Sirat and Kartik’s life.

It seems that Ranveer will be admitted in hospital as his heart will be week.

Later it will be revealed that Ranveer was faking his illness as he wanted Sirat to part ways with Kartik at any cost.

Ranveer was not able to bear the idea that Sirat had fallen in love with Kartik and left him alone.

He had hence come up with a plan to bring Sirat back to his life by emotionally blackmailing her and making her feel responsible for her act.
