Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Ranveer fatal heart condition.

It was earlier seen that Ranveer’s heart is very week and therefore he will go through a major surgery.

Post this surgery Sirat will plan to break all ties with Kartik as she cannot afford to lose Ranveer at any cost.
