Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently focussing on Kartik’s stay in London.

It seems that six months have passed since Kartik has seen or heard of Sirat.

He is very concern about her whereabouts and has made all the efforts to know about her well being but has failed in all his attempts.

Each night he dreams about Sirat and how she went missing without talking to him for the last time.

He will also be haunted by Mauri who told him her last wish that Kartik failed to delivery to Sirat.

Kartik will keep thinking about it and therefore will not be able to sleep in peace.
