It seems that Vanraj will soon get a notice from a builder to sell his godown to him and in return get 5 cr.

This will be a life changing moment for Vanraj as all his problems will be solved at once.

The builder’s name turns out to be Anuj Kapadia who is a business tycoon.

If rumours are to be believed Anuj and Anupamaa are childhood friends and Anuj is trying to help out Anupamaa indirectly.

Anupamaa on the other hand has no idea that Anuj is doing all this just for her sake.

Anuj wants Vanraj out of Anupamaa forever and is hence laying his grounds.
