Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Kartik and Sirat’s complex married life.

It was earlier seen that Sirat will be on cloud nine as finally she will get pregnant.

However she feels that the pregnancy will bring along with it lots of difficulties as her love for Kairav and Akshara might become less.

Sirat will hence decide to walk out of Kartik’s life and give birth to her unborn away from the eyes of the entire family.

Sirat will initially think of aborting unborn child but she will fail to do so as she is not able to part ways with her unborn.

Sirat will hence decide to leave Kartik as well as the Goenka house to give birth to her child.

She will give a last hug to Kartik before leaving the Goenka house forever.
