Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Kartik going out of station for an important business meeting.

It seems that Kartik leaves Sirat and go to attend an important meeting with all the men of the house.

Though Kartik will not want to go but Sirat will encourage her to go ahead with the meeting as Kairav is with her.

Kartik will be leaving Goenka house when Sirat will listen to an ambulance alarm and feels scared.

Sirat will think it to be a bad omen and feels that Kartik might be in danger.
