Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Sirat’s premature delivery.

It seems that Sirat will get premature labour pain in absence of the entire Goenka family and will hence be rushed to the hospital by Kairav.

Later the doctors will inform Kartik and Manish that Sirat’s condition is critical and they can save either Sirat or his unborn child.

This will leave Kartik shocked as both Sirat and his unborn are precious to him.

However Manish will be very prompt in his decision and will ask the doctor to save Sirat’s life.

Kartik will be shocked to see the soft side of Manish and feels that he is a true father.
