Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai’s accident that will shake the Chavan Nivas.

It seems that Sai will try to leave the house but instead meets with a sudden accident and gets hospitalised.

Sai will have to undergo a major surgery that will change Sai’s mental health forever.
