Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi’s love and concern towards Virat.

It seems that Pakhi will go to hospital canteen and orders green tea for Virat and herself as she feels that Virat is hungry since morning and hence the green tea will help him relax.

However Samrat will come there and sees Pakhi with two cups of green tea.

Samrat will question Pakhi about the second green tea and Pakhi will get scared and reveals that she bought the second tea for him as she knows that since morning he is stressed and is on a move without taking a break.
