Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Shivani pointing fingers on Chavan Family.

It seems that Shivani is very angry with Chavan Family as she feels that they pushed Sai to such an extent that she had to leave Chavan Nivas and hence on the way met with an accident.
