Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein: Actor Nivaan Sen to play Virat’s best friend

Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around new entry in Virat and Sai’s life.

It seems that actor Nivaan Sen has been roped in to play pivotal role.

He is essaying the role of Virat’s best friend.

Sen said, I play Sahil and I call him a rebel. His set of values and ideologies are quite different. It’s a layered character and isn’t easy to play. So, I am looking forward to sinking my teeth into this character.”

He said, “It wasn’t a conscious decision to stay away from the television. I am what I am because of the small screen. I started my career with Cinestars Ki Khoj. After PKDHMMPP, I bagged a film, but it took a long time to complete. I had expected things to turn out differently and more offers to materialise but it wasn’t meant to be. Also, I got busy with setting up a production house.”

Nivaan talks about struggle

He added, “I did try to get back to TV in between and kept giving auditions but nothing worked out. Then the pandemic struck. Ups and downs are a part of an actor’s life and I believe that everything happens at the right time. Even after enjoying a successful run, an actor can hit a rough patch overnight and be out of work. Success and failure come with an expiry date but that doesn’t mean the phase will not repeat. Besides luck, hard work and diligence, the most important virtue is patience. If you are patient and persistent, you will go a long way. So, these six years were difficult but I am happy to be back finally.”
