Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu trying to protect Akshara against all odds.

It seems that Akshara knows that Abhimanyu is innocent and is the only eye witness but Abhimanyu wants Akshara to stay away from the whole mess as he doesn’t want Akshara to suffer due to him.

However Akshara is not ready to let Abhimanyu destroy his life and career for her and will thence take control of the situation.
