Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Mahima trying to bring Akshara and Abhimanyu close to each other.

It seems that Akshara is just like Manjiri and not like her sister smart and cunning and hence Mahima will want Akshara to be a part of Birla family and marry Abhimanyu.

Mahima will offer Akshara to join the Birla hospital as a music therapist as she wants to introduce this concept in her hospital.
