Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu not happy with his married with Aarohi.

Amid all this confusion Akshara will meet with a deadly accident and will be seen fighting between life and death.

This is going to be the biggest turning point of the show as Abhimanyu will be left in charge of saving Akshara and bring her back to life.

However things will soon get out of control and therefore Akshara will slip into coma leaving Abhimanyu helpless.

Abhimanyu will feel shattered as he is not able to save his Akshara as she is fighting between life and death.
