Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu trying to save Akshara in operation theatre.

It was earlier seen that Akshara is in a critical condition and the doctors have informed the family about it.

Abhimanyu will be seen operating on Akshara and trying to save her.

However Abhimanyu will be seen getting emotional at the thought of losing Akshara forever.

Finally after the operation Abhimanyu will be able to save Akshara and this will come as a huge relief for him.

Emotionally broken Abhimanyu will go ahead and kiss Akshara passionately in front of the entire staff and family.
