Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara recovering after her surgery.

It seems that Abhimanyu will not want Akshara to know that he performed her surgery and gave her second life.

Akshara will think that Dr Rohan operated on her and will be thankful towards him.

Later Akshara will come to know through a nurse that it was not Dr Rohan but Abhimanyu who operated on her and saved her life.

The nurse will even inform Akshara that the operation was very complex and Abhimanyu was very tensed and emotional.

Akshara will feel happy that Abhimanyu was the one who saved her life and took care of her.

Abhimanyu on the other hand is happy that Akshara is out of danger and will thank god for helping Akshara to come out of danger.
