Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around doctors giving up on Shruti’s case.

It seems that Shruti is going to face the biggest setback of her life as her condition is getting from bad to worse.

The doctors will call up Pulkit and inform him about Shruti is not reacting to any medication and will further inform him that Shruti’s body is rejecting the blood transfusion.

Pulkit will get tensed as Shruti is battling between life and death and no medicines are working on her.

The doctors in the hospital will request Pulkit to come immediately as he has earlier performed operation on her and hence knows her case.
