It was earlier seen that Harshvardhan wants to send Neil away from Abhimanyu as he feels that Neil is a bad influence for Abhimanyu.

He will demand Neil to start a small clinic in Sitapur with Birla name in it and run the show.

Apparently he will also send Aarohi with Neil as he wants to keep Aarohi away from Abhimanyu as well.
