Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Samrat not wanting to help Shruti and Virat.

It seems that Virat will fall unconscious as he has not been sleeping or eating food for a long time.

Eventually it will take a toll on his health and he will not be able to take the stress any longer and falls unconscious.

Shruti will not know what to do and hence will calls up on Chavan Nivas landline for help.

However Samrat will not allow anyone to help Virat and Shruti.

Later Shruti will take Virat to hospital where he will be kept in ICU.

Pakhi will come to know about it and will lash out at Samrat for being so cold hearted and leaving Virat to die alone.
