Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around a heated argument between Harshvardhan and Abhimanyu.

It seems that during the Vasant Panchami Abhimanyu will come to Birla hospital to do puja.

Harshvardhan will be happy that finally Abhimanyu has changed his mind but will be shocked to know that he is still firm on his decision to leave Birla hospital.

He will reveal in front of his patients that he is working in Manaksh Medical camp and if they want to get treated from him than they should come there.

This act of Abhimanyu will not go down well with Harshvardhan as all his loyal patients are leaving him due to Abhimanyu.
