Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Shruti’s sudden change of heart.

It seems that Shruti is tired of running from the police and Sada’s men and will make up her mind to surrender herself to the police force.

She will go to the police station and reveals that she is Sadannad’s wife and wants to surrender as she doesn’t want to run any longer.

This will turn out to be the biggest turning point of the show as Sai will realise that Virat was telling the truth that he is not Shruti’s husband and father of her child.
