Birla hospital will struggle to get a heart surgeon on time to save Manish and hence Abhimanyu will step in.

Abhimanyu will enter the hospital as a consultant Surgeon to perform surgery on Manish.

Abhimanyu will perform the surgery and give Manish a second life.

Akshara and rest of the family will be grateful towards Abhimanyu as due to him Manish has got a second life.
