Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai getting information about the injection.
It seems that Sai will come to know from her sources that a retailer in the outskirts of Nagpur has the injection that can save Virat’s life.
She will try to contact Mohit and inform him the same but Mohit will not pick up her call and instead blocks her number due to Bhavani.
Later Sai will try to type this information in the family chat group so that someone reads this information and immediately goes to get the injection but Mohit will block Sai from the family chat group as well.
