Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Manjiri facing a near dead situation.

It seems that Abhimanyu will finally be able to trace Manjiri and bring her to Birla hospital immediately.

He will suspect that Manjiri might have several fractures and even multiple organ failure due to the blood loss.
