Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu getting an emergency call from the hospital.

It was earlier seen that Akshara will plan a photo shoot with Abhimanyu and will get very excited for it.

However her excitement will not last for a long time as Abhimanyu will get an emergency call and will have to leave for an operation.

The operation will take lots of time and hence Akshara will come up with a plan to do the photo shoot in the hospital.

She will get a beautiful backdrop in the visiting room of the hospital and will do the photo shoot with Abhimanyu and her family.

Abhimanyu will be initially a little reluctant but will enjoy the whole experience later.
