Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara revealing in front of Abhimanyu that it was her car that hit Manjiri and left her in such a state.

It seems that Akshara will go against Aarohi and will reveal the truth about the accident to Abhimanyu as she doesn’t want Abhimanyu to know the truth from someone else.
