Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around fire breakout at Bhandhara.

It seems that a fire will breakout at the Bhandhara and Shivani will get trapped in it.

Rajeev will not think twice and jumps in to fire to save his lady love.

While saving Shivani from the fire he will suffer heavy injury and will pass out.
