Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Rajeev and Shivani’s marriage celebration.

It seems that after lots of ups and down Rajeev will finally be able to marry the love of his life Shivani.

The family will organise a sangeet party to celebrate their marriage but during the dance celebration Rajeev will suffer a heart attack and collapse.

This will leave every shocked and Shivani will cry in pain.
