In the upcoming track of the show, we will see Kairav and Abhimanyu get into an argument.

Kairav gets worried about Akshara adjusting to a completely different lifestyle of the Birla family.

On the anniversary day, Kairav observes Akshara's troubling face and brings her home for pag phera.

Now in the upcoming track, Kairav feels helpless for not being able to help Akshara and is forced to see her deal with her problem alone.

However, seeing Akshara faint and in fever makes him lose his cool and he gets into an argument with Abhimanyu for not taking care of Akshara.
