It seems that Abhimanyu will raise his hands on Sanjay as he misbehaved with Akshara.

Sanjay will come back to Birla hospital and sets the hospital on fire to seek revenge from Abhimanyu.

Shockingly Abhimanyu and Akshara will try to help all the patient who are trapped in fire.

Unfortunately Abhimanyu and Akshara are not able to escape from the fire and fall unconscious.

Apparently Aarohi will be seen playing on her life and saves Abhimanyu and Akshara’s life.

She will become a hero in the eyes of the staff and family as she will not think about her safety and saves her family.
