Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi doing the unthinkable against Sai and Virat.

It was earlier seen that Pakhi will be seen playing the victim card once again and tries to convince Virat that she is the only option he has.

Pakhi will make Virat realise that if he doesn’t accept his proposal than maybe Sai and Virat can never become parents.

Later Virat will agree for the surrogacy as he is left with no choice.
